Shipping costs vary depending on location and include airfare, an airline-approved crate, veterinary health certificate, and a puppy care packet. The packet contains the puppy’s current food and care instructions. Delivery is typically to the nearest major airport. Puppies travel in a temperature-controlled, pressurized compartment. The cost of shipping puppies by air ranges from £200 to £500 depending on the destination and airline.

Ground Transport Service
Alternatively, we can arrange for your  puppy to be delivered by a specialized pet transport service directly to your doorstep. This service is available throughout mainland UK. The cost varies based on distance and location but is generally more expensive than air transport.

Is Shipping Safe for Puppies?

While it may seem concerning, shipping puppies is safe when done properly. Airlines have strict protocols for pet transportation to ensure their safety and comfort. We provide a comfortable crate with bedding, water, and sometimes a toy with our scent to help the puppy feel secure. We carefully monitor flight times and inform you of the puppy’s travel details.

Can I Collect My Tibetan Mastiff Puppy in Person?

Yes, you’re welcome to collect your Tibetan Mastiff puppy from our UK location after purchase. Many new owners prefer this option as it allows them to meet us in person and see our facilities.

Post-Arrival Veterinary Care

We recommend a veterinary check-up within 48 hours of receiving your Tibetan Mastiff puppy. However, avoid vaccinations for the first 14 days to allow your puppy time to adjust to its new home. Our  puppies are up-to-date on vaccinations before leaving us.
